Solution
Adjust volume or sensitivity if necessary.

SONNET 3 is ready to perform an extended implant check.
Solution
Position the coil over the implant.

Status
The coil, coil cable, and SONNET 3 are working; your SONNET 3 and implant are successfully connected (applicable to SYNCHRONY series, CONCERTO series, SONATA series, and PULSAR implants).


SONNET FineTuner Command Received

Status
The coil, coil cable, and SONNET 3 are working (applicable to C40+ and C40 implants).

No Light Signal

DL-Coil no light

Problem
Your audio processor is not working.
Solution
1. Change the batteries. If that does not solve the problem, go to 2.
2. Replace the coil cable. If that does not solve the problem, contact your CI center for assistance.


Problem
The indicator light has been deactivated by your audiologist.
Solution
Contact your audiologist.

Warning

DL-Coil Warning

Problem
The coil and implant are disconnected.
Solution
Position the coil over the implant.


Problem
SONNET 3 is in microphone monitoring mode.
Solution
Switch SONNET 3 off and on again.


Problem
The coil is positioned over the wrong implant.
Solution
Position the DL-Coil over the correct implant.


Problem
Coil cable is broken.
Solution
Replace the coil cable.


Problem
Batteries are empty.
Solution
Change SONNET 3’s batteries.


DL-Coil powered off

Problem
The coil has powered off.
Solution
1. Switch your SONNET 3 off.
2. Switch your SONNET 3 back on.
3. Reposition the coil over the implant.


DL-Coil cable is defective
   Random signals

Problem
The coil cable is defective.
Solution
Replace the coil cable.
