Troubleshooting

In case you encounter any minor technical problems, such as an interruption in sound, carefully follow these steps to identify possible causes and solutions:

  1. Change SONNET 3’s batteries.
  2. Check the microphone openings for any blockages or hair.
  3. Adjust the orientation of the coil. If none of these work, go to 4.
  4. Place the coil on the back of the FineTuner Echo.
  5. Speak into the audio processor microphones. The green light on the FineTuner Echo should flicker in the rhythm of your voice. If it does not flicker, go to 7.
  6. Adjust the volume setting on your FineTuner Echo. If the green light still does not flicker, go to 8.
  7. Replace the DL-Coil cable with a new one, and try again.
  8. If SONNET 3 is still not working correctly, contact your CI center for assistance.
